- Sarah Jessica Parker shares the moisturizer she loves with Prevention.
- She particularly loves the RoC Multi-Correxion Revive+Glow Moisturizer SPF 30, which is part of a four-product bundle for which the brand collaborated with the actress.
- “I can even touch up with this after lunch with something that reworks makeup and base. It’s really nice, light enough, it also moves really well,” she says.
Sarah Jessica Parker continues to grace our TV screens as the iconic character Carrie Bradshaw in And Just Like That… While the star has spent plenty of time in hair and makeup over her decades-long career (from Sex and the City to Square Pegs to Hocus Pocus), the 58-year-old knows the importance of skincare. So what product is she currently using to yield such TV-ready skin? The star tells Prevention she loves RoC’s Multi-Correxion Revive+Glow Moisturizer SPF 30, a part of the RoC x SJP Brightening Trio With Vitamin C gift set.
Parker says the type of products she looks for these days are those full of moisture—which explains her love for RoC’s Multi-Correxion Revive + Glow Moisturizer SPF 30. The moisturizer is just one of three vitamin C-filled products she’s loving right now that are available in the RoC x SJP Brightening Trio With Vitamin C (which is a part of her collaboration with RoC and SeekHer, a non-profit aiming to bridge the gender gap of mental health through advocacy, research, and support). In fact, when you buy the curated gift set, 100% of the profits go toward supporting programming for another year of SeekHer. The gift set includes the RoC Multi Correxion Revive + Glow Serum, Eye Balm, and moisturizer (which recently launched).
While Parker sings the praises of all three products, one multitasker stood out from the rest. “[The Multi-Correxion Revive + Glow Moisturizer SPF 30] is really good too because it’s sunscreen,” she says. “I can even touch up with this after lunch with something that reworks makeup and base. It’s really nice, light enough, it also moves really well.”
More From Prevention
The gift set packs a brightening punch, with three powerhouse products and a beautifully designed beauty bag. “They can be used in combination, or separately, everybody has their own relationship with skincare. I never try to dictate layering,” Parker explains.
And when it comes to the eye balm, Parker loves its convenient design. “I’ve never had this. This is kind of an incredible thing to have packaged this way,” she says.
Finally, Parker says the “Vitamin C serum feels more serious,” but it really rounds out the trio of products.
As she ages she’s taking more time to care for her body, mind, and skin. “It was really only the last 10 years that I became much more vigilant about sunscreen,” she says. “I think when you’re younger you don’t take the time to try to better understand the science of [skincare]. My relationship with it is much more committed than it’s ever been.”
But, a strengthened relationship doesn’t mean blind trust. “I try not to be seduced by a lot of recommendations because it becomes very confusing to me. I just also don’t want to spend that much time on it. And I don’t want to have my entire bathroom dominated by countless tubes and bottles. That’s what I like about RoC, they make it simple. I like simplicity.”
Ultimately, she says, “I try to know a little bit more and I try not to overwhelm myself with options. And stick with something that works.”
